Functions:
- Participate in the development of the digitalization strategy at Ferrovial Energía
- Communicate the strategy with regular stakeholders
- Support construction teams in the implementation of Procore
- Test new modules in Procore or other project management solutions
- Act as a point of contact with Procore to convey identified needs from projects and departments and prioritize necessary developments
- Coordinate the development of training programs and user guides for the standardization of platform use at Ferrovial Energía
- Gather requirements from departments for the standardization of Procore use
- Coordinate data exploitation in Procore
- Promote the digitalization culture
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles; experience in construction is valued
- Advanced level of English
- Interest in the digital field
- Creativity and innovation, with good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
