We're looking for a Framework Manager to join our Natural Resources team, within a commutable distance to Sheffield and sites within the Yorkshire Water portfolio. In this role you'll provide strategic leadership on the Yorkshire Water Framework.

Responsibilities
As a Framework Manager you'll provide strategic framework management and oversight of design and build activity across the Yorkshire Water portfolio of non-infrastructure, water and wastewater projects. You'll develop relationships with client and stakeholders that generates a sustainable pipeline of work throughout AMP 8 and beyond, ensuring the works are delivered to the highest standard whilst ensuring SHEQS standards are achieved.
Your day to day will include:
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the client to ensure their needs are met.
- Developing and leading project teams to deliver successful projects, enhancing Yorkshire Water and Kier values.
- Financial monitoring and control of the design and build contracts, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance in accordance with Kier's Operating Framework, Project Lifecycle Management, and IMS.
- Identify opportunities to improve contractual processes and devise plans to implement these changes.
- Ensure Kiers planning standards are adhered to with a focus on Contract Programme, Short term planning, short Interval control and daily briefings.
What are we looking for?
This role of Framework Manager is great for you if:
- Are a senior specialist, responsible for overseeing significant parts of programmes of work.
- Relevant degree (or equivalent) with proven experience within regulated utilities, infrastructure or the built environment sector.
- Previous senior management experience who's a specialist in their field with in depth knowledge of the sector.
- Chartered Status in relevant professional body or appropriate professional qualification.
- Excellent NEC3/NEC4 contractual and commercial awareness.
