We're looking for an Administrator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Ipswich
Location: Ipswich
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
In this role, you will be working on the Anglian Water IMRDS alliance (integrated maintenance, repair & development services). The team maintain the water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts and develops new ways to better service customers.
What will you be responsible for?
As an Administrator, you'll be working within the operational team in the Ipswich depot, supporting them in administrative tasks.
Your day to day will include:
- Data entry, accurately transferring into systems and databases
- Provide support to the IMRDS teams as required, including printing, collating data etc
- Assist with the management of office updating notice boards

This role of Administrator is great for you if you hold:
- Experience working within an administrative role
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Good organisation, ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads
