Job Description:
You will be a key piece of the team! Your tasks will be:
- Writing and preparation of news, articles and reports for the corporate intranet, as well as for other communication channels.
- Preparation of weekly newsletters.
- Management and dynamization of the internal social network.
- Support in the design of online and offline pieces for internal communication campaigns.
- Elaboration of periodical reports of the communication channels.
- Support in the organization of events and internal communication campaigns.
- Maintenance of the company's audiovisual archive.
Our ideal profile:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, audiovisual communication, advertising or corporate communication.
- C1-C2 level of English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Adobe package management (mainly Photoshop).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Offcie 365 Tools: Sharepoint, Teams, Forms and Viva Engage.
- Experience in content writing. News, posts, newsletters (Preferred)
- Use of newsletter sending tools (Mailjet, Poppulo, Mailchimp,...), Experience in the design of communication materials: infographics, banners, emails,... will be an asset.
