Complete Roofing Systems is a Nationwide Top 10 roofing and cladding company based in Warrington. Due to our ongoing success and growth, we are looking for a highly motivated, driven and ambitious Outbound Sales Executive. This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to work within a fast-paced industry.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving high levels of outbound calls and relevant email activity to potential new customers with the aim of generating new business
- Researching potential sales opportunities via online researching, social media and other potential methods
- Responsible for identifying the most suitable individual to liaise with once a lead has been identified. Making initial contact to secure a meeting for the Business Development Manager
- Following up outgoing tenders with the client and updating the sales team, where necessary
- Internal liaison with various teams including estimating, business development and management
- Management and ownership of the internal CRM system
- Keeping up to date with product and service information
- Supporting the sales team and assisting with various tasks
- Generating sales reports and presenting to the team within sales meetings.
Requirements
Experience & Competencies
- No construction experience necessary but would be advantageous
- Previous B2B outbound sales experience.
- Proven experience of working to KPI’s and reporting these to management
- Strong lead qualification

- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

- IT literate and confident in using a range of programmes including Microsoft office products - Excel, Word and Outlook.

- Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm (4pm finish on the last Friday of every month)
- £24,000 - £27,000 basic
