Job Description:
The selected candidate will join the Energy / Construction area, within the Applications and Systems Directorate of Ferrovial.
We are looking for a technically specialized SAP project manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in integrating different architectures, as well as expertise in S/4 HANA.
The candidate should be able to work in a team, be autonomous, proactive, and dynamic.
Responsibilities:
- Hierarchical dependency on the head of the Construction& Energy Area.
- Detect and analyze user needs, participate in the process of definition, analysis, feasibility, planning, and execution of projects.
- Coordinate, validate, and report on the development of the project to ensure it is executed as established in terms of deadlines, quality, and budgeted cost, as well as identify possible deviations or risks and apply or report corrective measures as appropriate.
- Maintain the relationship with the users to coordinate and manage project requirements, their expectations, and become the interlocutor for the same.
- Lead the correct approach to the solution to find the best alternative for the businesses.
- Ensure that the proposed solutions follow the best development practices.
Skills and Experience
- Higher university degree with a technological or engineering specialization.
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP implementation / integration and continuous development.
- Knowledge and experience in business applications related to Construction or Energy sectors will be highly valued.
- Experience in S/4 HANA implementation/migration.
- Experience related to software engineering and operations as well as a broad knowledge of IT processes, methods, tools and architectures and some background as developer.
- Knowledge and experience in applying artificial intelligence to business processes.
- Experience working with different work teams, both technical and business, participating in the technical definition/evolution of different applications/services.
- Experience in supplier management: communication, monitoring, and control.
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- High communication and motivation skills.
- High level of English (minimum C1).
